No Refunds After Activation

All subscription payments to Neeyum Lab are non-refundable once activated. By completing a subscription purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy.

Why No Refunds?

Upon activation, you receive immediate access to all Discipline Mode features including full analytics, AI behaviour reports, emotional heatmaps, and ad-free experience. Because digital access is granted instantly and cannot be returned, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• No further charges will be made.
• Your access to Discipline Mode continues until the end of your current billing period.
• Your account and data are retained unless you request deletion.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in cases of:

• Verified duplicate charges caused by a technical error on our payment system.
• Charges made after a confirmed cancellation date.

To raise an exception claim: support@neeyum.in within 7 days of the charge.
